The Festival will host the judging of the Worshipful Company of Upholders’ Double Distinction Awards, alongside awards connected with the Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishers and the Guild of Traditional Upholsterers.

The Worshipful Company of Upholders has supported the upholstery craft for centuries and today continues to promote education, craftsmanship and high professional standards. Its National Upholstery Awards were originally created to recognise outstanding work by students achieving Double Distinction in the AMUSF Diploma.

Visitors will be able to see examples of exceptional student work and appreciate the design decisions, technical skill and attention to detail required to achieve the highest levels of recognition.
