We Are Repairs will be carrying out research at the Festival—and they want to hear from professional upholsterers and repairers.

We Are Repairs is creating a UK-wide online directory designed to connect owners of broken household items with skilled local repair businesses. Its guiding ambition is to help make repair, rather than replacement, people’s first choice.

Their Festival survey will explore the experiences of working repair businesses, including the challenges they face, what would help customers find and understand their services and how the repair sector can be better supported.
